Ipower’s prices are great, but you do get what you pay for. I have found their database servers to be painfully slow and unreliable, causing horrible page load times with a popular CMS.
If your site just contains static content, you may be fine, otherwise I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
In the limited dealings I’ve had with there support, I’d say their average. Slightly longer response times than I would have liked, but they were able to resolve my issues quickly (once responded).
