It was OK initially but went downhill after several months - that is, when things began to break and I started calling support. I often had to insist that the problem was in fact on their end - otherwise they wouldn't do anything. The last drop that made me switch to another provider was when they suspended my account without even emailing or calling me. The reason? Notification email messages that the website sent to me and to me only - they told me it was spam. So I guess it's a more or less adequate hosting for the price.
